Bee for the Day, LLC., has been coordinating weddings since 1994. Our many years of experience in wedding coordinating will assist you in creating the wedding of your dreams! No wedding is too complex. No detail is too small. We are here for you every step of the way.

On average it takes at least 250 hours to plan your big day with countless decisions to be made. Whether you need help with part of the wedding, or the whole event, we will cater to your individual needs. Having a Bee for the Day coordinator will ensure the pressure is relieved from you and your family’s shoulders.

Many brides feel like they can’t afford a wedding coordinator. While most event planners charge a rather high minimum price, or percentage of your entire wedding budget, Bee for the Day, LLC., charges an hourly rate so you are only paying for the time you are using our services.
