Organize your Guest List!

This toolkit will help you keep track of how many guests you are inviting to each event of your wedding and how many are attending and how many are not. It is also a helpful tool to use when you need to send out your invitations and thank you cards as you will be able to keep track of each guests addresses.

Downloading Instructions:

  1. Click the download link below.
  2. A prompt will display asking if you want to Open or Save. Choose Save. It should save to your Downloads folder.
  3. Go to your Downloads folder to find the file.
  4. (Optional) Move this file to a location you’ll remember. We’re sure you probably already have a directory in Documents > Wedding, right?
  5. Double-click to open the *.xls file.
  6. Update and save the file regularly.
